In the present control technology version m-tec is in the market with a brand new generation. This brought together many years of experience and expertise in control technology for mixing stations in high-tech programming modules - creating a dosing, weighing and mixing control system that is ready for tomorrow’s world today.

The software is broken down into individual modules, accurately reflecting the real processes in a factory. These modules adapt perfectly to the relevant processes and can be installed exactly where they are needed, either individually or in combination.

In addition, the programming of the machine processes in high level language means that new dosing algorithms and dynamic filters are available for the weighing signals.

M-tec was responsible for permanently revolutionizing the silo market with its pocket system, which was developed for the dry mortar industry, and became market leaders in the area of conveying silos.

Since it was founded in 1988, m-tec has brought approx. 50,000 silos of different types to the market. Many years of experience, know-how and the latest CAD technology have also enabled m-tec to implement individual customer requirements in a rational and practical way. The standard range includes small silos, transport silos (chain, pocket, hook lift receiver systems) and stationary silos.

In order to meet the wide variety of requirements of customers, all silo types are available in several pressure variants (e.g. 0, 1, 2 and 6 bar).

In all European production centres the silos are given a paint finish according to the latest VOC guidelines in environmentally-friendly production facilities that are unique for the silo sector. Inspections are carried out in line with EN ISO 9001:2000 quality guidelines throughout all production processes.
