With our non contact HD Laser Scanners we can provide a CAD comparison service with detailed reports to suit customer requirements and also offer a Reverse Engineering service to produce true to form 3D data in .stl file formats and also full parametric CAD modelling in multiple file formats.

We are now able to use further advanced scanning equipment such as the HandyScan700, HandyScan Black Elite and the MetraScan 750 Elite enabling the engineer to create more precise scans in a shorter period of time which is beneficial for larger scale projects that involve large quantities of scanning and reverse engineering to be completed in a shorter time period.

Manchester Metrology LTD offer a portable measurement Arm or Gage Re-Certification service. The arm can be calibrated on your site or can be shipped to our temperature controlled facility where it will be temperature soaked overnight ready for a full clean and inspection service with a full 12 month calibration certificate (traceable to National UKAS standards)

Faro Platinum arms are compatible with the Faro Rev2 and Rev3 laser line probes. We have these available for hire or purchase. Faro Platinum arms can be used with Polyworks, CAM2 Measure, Aberlink, Autodesk and a range of other software’s.

We also supply Faro Fusion arms, they are not compatible with any LLP's but are for use with Polyworks, CAM2 Measure, Aberlink, Autodesk and a range of other software's.

We sell a lot of our equipment second hand at very reasonable prices. This includes Faro Edge arms, Faro Gage's, Faro Platinum, Quantum, Titanium and Fusion arms as well as laser trackers and laser line probe's. Most arms come with warranty and a calibration certificate usually from Faro. All items thoroughly checked by our engineers to ensure they are in full working condition and suitable for sale.
