ALLOY STEEL PIPE FITTINGS
Metline Industries is one of the leading alloy steel pipe fittings producers in India, engaged in the manufacture and distribution of alloy steel butt welding pipe fittings, alloy steel forged pipe fittings and alloy steel flanges in India and overseas. METLINE offers a complete range of buttweld and forged pipe fittings such as alloy steel reducer, alloy steel elbow, alloy steel tee, alloy steel cross, alloy steel stub ends and alloy steel piggable bends.
Manufactured in accordance with ASTM A-234 and ASME SA-234, chrome moly alloy steel fittings are widely used in power plants, nuclear power sites. Chrome moly steel is stronger and harder than regular steel, but not as resistant to corrosion as stainless steel.
Our chrome moly/alloy steel flange products include threaded flange, weld neck flange, slip on flange, socket weld flange, blind flange, lap joint flange, plate flange. We specialise in the manufacture of special size and custom shape flanges for our customers.

METLINE offers a complete range of duplex stainless steel pipe fittings such as duplex reducer, duplex elbow, duplex tee, duplex cross, duplex stub ends and duplex pipe bends. We are one of the few manufacturers in India who can weld, bend and form duplex stainless steel pipe fittings in various sizes and dimensions.
With a PREN of around 35, duplex stainless steels are generally more corrosion resistant than 304 (PREN: 19) and 316 stainless steels (PREN: 26), particularly stress corrosion cracking.
