Minds Like Ours is run BY those with mental health disorders, FOR those with mental health disorders. We are using the internet and the real world to raise awareness, provide support and connect minds like yours. All of the work we do goes through each of our members on the forum and via online meetings - this means that our members truly run MiLO!
