Mocare is owned and managed by Maureen O' Hara. She is a qualified social worker and RNLD. She took a leap of faith and voluntarily left her role at Lancashire county council to set up her own home care service as she believed that people deserved better. The motivation for Mocare came from her own family experiences of caring.

Mocare offers Home care, shopping, support to medical appointments companionship, support with social activities, gardening, a sitting service and so much more! If you are in receipt of direct payments we can organise a personal assistant for you so you can have the freedom of choosing your own personal assistant without the hassle of employment!
