Insta-Mold is a fully CE certified ‘direct moulded’ custom hearing protection earplug offering up to SNR 29dB of protection and can be used in the Industrial, Motorsports, Shooting, Music and Watersports sectors.

Insta-Mold enables hearing protection to be made on-site, without lab facilities, in as little as 2 hours. The floating medical grade Insta-Mold silicones are available in multiple colour combinations including glow in the dark and metal detectable silicones for the food and drinks industry.Each pair of Insta-Mold earplugs are finished with a hygienic gloss lacquer finish, acoustic filter options, safety leash options and supplied with a storage pouch and client care instructions.

Insta-Mold hearing protection products are available direct to individuals via our agents or as a self-manufacture product to businesses or those with (or wish to attain) appropriate qualification for ear impressions.
