Seiki unique Hot runner systems are available in either a probe type format or valve gate systems. The unique design offers unrivalled performance, it utilises 2 heaters in each probe, a body or main heater which is set at a constant temperature and a tip or gate heater which is totally independent to the body and cycles ON and OFF during the moulding process melting open and freezing close the gate allowing faster cycles, better quality products, low temperatures, and fully optimised conditions.
