Newby Foundries are manufacturers and suppliers of ductile and grey iron castings from half kg to five metric tonnes. Repetition and jobbing via following processes:

• Greensand
• Cemically Bonded
• Shell Moulded (Croning Process)

We offer unique product development services to our customers using some of the latest metal flow and solidification modelling software as well as full CAD facilities. This enables us to evaluate prototype designs before pattern production. We also utilise some of the latest Rapid Prototying technologies to provide customers with prototype parts to evaluate new designs before commiting to the manufacture of production tooling.

Lost Wax Investment Castings

Latest acquisition now enables us to supply investment castings in a wide variety of materials, specialising in rapid prototying and low to medium volume production. A full design service is available to back up this capability.
