Extraction Equipment

Commercial and domestic kitchens can have many odours and smoke circulating as food is cooked, which is why extraction equipment is imperative. In all cases, extraction equipment works in different ways to remove contaminated air and provide a non-hazardous working environment. A common type of extraction equipment are extraction canopies which take contaminated air, filter it and recycling it out at a lower temperature. A second type of extraction system is a kitchen replacement system which not only extracts contaminated air, but also works to blow out fresh air. Extraction equipment is used in domestic kitchens but completely essential in commercial kitchens, particularly restaurants, hotels and cafes.
