Freezers
Freezers are storage compartments for food which have an internal temperate that is below the freezing point of water. The purpose of freezers is to store food and prolong shelf life, or to keep food which should be eaten from frozen (like ice-cream) at an optimum temperature. Types of freezer include under counter freezers, counter freezers, chest freezers, cabinet freezers, ice cream freezers and freezer rooms. Freezers are commonly found in domestic and commercial premises, including restaurants, cafes and snack bars. Freezers are also found in supermarkets and cinemas to keep ice cream, desserts and ice-lollies at the correct temperate.
