Carvery buffet units allow for the storage and display of hot food for the purpose of self service. They work by displaying a wide range of food optimally, whilst keeping temperature regulated. Carvery buffets are available as a stand a long unit, or they can be connected to form a long line of units which work to serve many meals for any given function. Carvery buffet units are often called hot units or hot cupboards. Types of carvery buffet units include Jamaican counter tops, complete carvery units and custom carvery units. Carvery Buffet units are used at any self-service restaurant or canteen, including at hotels, airports, football clubs, schools, golf clubs, bars, universities and colleges.
