Chassis

A computer chassis is also known as computer case, system unit, tower, or cabinet base unit. Computer chassis are an essential feature of most desktop computers and workstations. A computer chassis contains all the major components of a computer such as processors, graphic cards, network cards, motherboard, power supply unit, hard drive disks etc. A computer chassis is often made of electrogalvanized, cold rolled, coil steel which can protect internal computer parts from most types of damages. Although, a computer case can be made in several shapes, the vertical tower shape design is the most popular one as it allows to fit all the components in a small space.
