Computer Batteries

Laptops use batteries as their main power supply. If a laptop is connected to a power source then the power is routed directly via an adapter, but if there is not direct power supply available than the laptop computer is primarily run by the electric energy stored in its batteries. Laptop batteries are mainly made up of Lithium ion and can provide a backup for anywhere from 2 hours to 10 hours or more. Although, the battery backup depends on the type of activity performed by the laptop as watching a high-quality video over Wi-Fi will certainly drain the battery in few hours.
