Floor Coverings

Floor coverings is the term used to describe everything which covers commercial and domestic floors permanently so that they can be walked on. They are available in a wide range of materials and finishes, depending on their function and what is required from the floor covers (i.e. easy to clean, insulation, comfort). Types of floor coverings include engineered woods, laminates, carpets, rugs, padding, tiles (including ceramic and porcelain), Bamboo flooring, cork, Vinyl & linoleum, Seamless polymer flooring and Polished screed & synthetic resins. Floor coverings are used in domestic properties including retail premises, restaurants, office, hotels, and banks. They also feature in domestic homes.
