Rotary Mowers and Pasture Toppers

Rotary mowers and pasture toppers are types of agricultural equipment commonly used on farms to maintain grass found in fields and pastures. Both machines are heavy duty and are capable of tacking thick vegetation and heavy growth. Rotary mowers are often called drum mowers, and have a fast rotating bar with sharpened edges that serve to cut the crop. Whereas a pasture topper is specifically designed to just cut the top edges, eliminated weeds but keeping grass length. The difference between a mower and a topper is that the mower will serve to cut more length, cutting the grass short. Rotary mowers and pasture toppers are widely used by farmers and farm workers in the maintenance of grass found in fields and pastures.
