Gates

Gates are widely used as access points into and out of an enclosure. On farms, they allow access into fields and animal enclosures whilst still keeping animals confined into a designated space. Gates come in a wide range of designs, depending on the purpose. Some types are self-closing, while others allow a way in without allowing animals to come out. Gates can be made from a wide range of materials, in agriculture they are generally wooden or metal with most common types being; field gates, bridle gates, kissing gates and railings. Gates are widely used in the industry of agriculture to gain access into confined spaces without letting animals out.
