Scissor Fixtures

Scissor fixtures form part of a test fixture equipment which is something used to clamp, position or hold an item, device, or piece of software when being tested. Scissor fixtures grip through spring tension, and then tighten themselves during the application of force. With scissor fixtures, the scissor grip opening determines the force that will be exerted on the sample, with the larger the opening giving more force.
