Flat Dials

Flat dials are available in a variety of configurations. Generally they are constructed from black anodized aluminium. Flat dials display graduations and have numerals shown at a 12 o’clock position. When flat dials are used in conjunction with a flat dial index it is possible to determine accurate indexing of an application. Most standard flat dials have numerals, degrees and graduations set clockwise, but it is possible to have flat dials that are set anti-clockwise as well. The maximum graduation range is 0 to 360 degrees but not all flat dials are set in this way. With numbers of graduations and stepped degrees available in a variety of settings, flat dials can be used for a wide range of applications.
