Dial Hubs

Dial hubs are precision components that can be fitted to dials, eliminating the need for keys. Dial hubs add positive strength along both sections of the hub. Typically, dial hubs come complete with integral hub fasteners. These have slots that are machined into the hub both angularly and radially. This allows the shaft to be clamped extremely securely. Dial hubs are most commonly made from 303 stainless steel. Bore diameters vary widely from around .0900” to around .2500”. Hub mounting lengths that are available are similarly wide. Dial hubs are highly effective and as they can be installed and removed without causing damage to a shaft or affecting torque transmission capability, they are commonly used across many machinery applications.
