Filing Cabinets

Filing cabinets are cabinets with drawers used for storing files and folders in an office or home. Filing cabinets are mainly made up of wood or metal and are available in the form of two drawers, four drawers or multi-drawer cabinet. Storing capacity of a filing cabinet also varies from model to model and can range anywhere from 5 files per drawer to 30 files per drawer depending on the size and weight of a file. Although, each drawer can handle weights of at least a few kilogrammes and it’s not uncommon for drawers to support the weight of up to 30-40 kg per drawer. Most modern filing cabinets also come with safety features such as locks to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your files.
