Sofas and Visitor Seating

Both sofas and visitor chairs are used for visitor seating in offices. Although depending on the needs of an office a sofa or a visitor chair may be more useful as offices rarely have space for both the sofas and visitor chairs. Sofas and visitor chair differ slightly from normal office seating as businesses tend to take care or comfort and most of the sofas and visitor chairs tend to be cushioned and of high quality. This is especially true for establishments where a visitor may have to wait or sit for a significant amount of time. Cushion or back type, upholstery, type of fabric, armrests etc. vary widely across visitor seating as each type of sofa or visitor chair is designed for a kind of user. There are also special sofas and visitor chairs available in the market for people with back or joint pains or those with disabilities.
