Intercom Equipment

Intercom have been a mainstay of most modern offices and workplaces for at least half a century. Range of connections and phones vary widely between offices as offices with many users require a more advanced phone exchange with extension numbers for almost all important departments and workers. Intercom systems can be internal or external as internal systems only allow communication within an office or building but nevertheless, both the systems use same technology. Most intercom systems use a central exchange which directs electric signals to various rooms and if connected with telephone network this works as a mini tele exchange which gives each phone a separate extension number. Intercom equipment such as Private Branch Exchange or PBX, telephone sets etc. are extensively used across all mid to large offices with several rooms or departments.
