Permanent Markers

Permanent markers are used extensively in all offices for labelling and marking items. These markers use a special water resistant ink which often lasts for years and it’s almost impossible to remove a mark made by a permanent marker. Most permanent markers are designed to write on almost any kind of surface such as wood, plastic, metal, stone, glass etc. The ink used in permanent markers is generally resistant to rubber, erasers, water damage and most cleaning chemicals used for removing ink markings. Marks made by permanent markers tend to last for years although this may be affected by the type of surface on which a permanent marker is used. There are certainly special removing chemicals which can be used in rare cases when there is a need to remove permanent marker ink.
