Fluorescent Illumination
Fluorescent illumination produces a cooler, whiter light than normal incandescent hot bulbs the light bulbs we use every day. For your photographic applications, this means better colour reproduction in your photos and easier isolation of your photographic subject from its surroundings. This makes fluorescent lighting an ideal option for product photography when you need the focus to be on the product. Fluorescent illumination is also far more energy efficient. One 50w fluorescent bulb can produce the equivalent amount of light to a traditional 200w incandescent bulb, making fluorescent bulbs perfect for when you require a large amount of lighting but are conscious of both energy costs and environmental concerns.
