Reflective Objectives

Reflective objectives are a key component of microscope design. Reflective objectives use two mirrors to create an image or to create a laser in a wide range of laser applications. They offer high magnification in UV, visible and infrared. Reflective objectives are commonly used when longer working distances are required. The most common type of reflective objectives includes two-mirror Schwarzschild objective, while another common type of reflective objectives are Infinity Corrected Reflective Objectives. Reflective objectives are commonly used in laser focusing, FTIR, Thermal Imaging Microscopy, UV Fluorescence Imaging, Semiconductor Wafer Inspection, Photolithography and ellipsometry applications.
