Flow Sensors

Flow sensors are devices that are used to measure the rate of fluid flow. They are capable of working in a range of different environments. Flow sensors typically come with analogue and switching output, and many sensors have variable installation positions (some can even be rotated 360°), regardless of the actual flow direction. Flow sensors can be used in applications with switching outputs, making them useful for protecting against pumps running dry and for leakage monitoring. Analog output applications such as measurements of low flow velocities can also be catered for by flow sensors. With switching and analogue output capability, as well as a great variety of fitting options, flow sensors can be used in a wide variety of applications and industries, including mechanical and plant engineering.
