Receivers and Transmitters

Receivers and transmitters are used in an assortment of devices to enable fast and efficient communication. They are used in industries such as TV and radio broadcasting, transport and security. Transmitters are designed to produce radio waves that communicate information which is processed and played out by receivers. A transmitter and a receiver combined in a single unit is referred to as a transceiver.
