Hiking Boots

Hiking boots, as is clear from the name are boots designed for hiking and other related outdoor activities such as climbing, mountaineering, hunting and backpacking. Hiking boots can be further divided into three main categories, trail shoes, trail hikers and mountain walking boots namely. Most hiking boots are constructed using leather and often have a breathable waterproof lining. The cost of leather hiking boots is often prohibitive and many hikers use rubber hiking boots which are often not suitable for long-term use and may result in injury. Due to their design and material used, hiking boots are ideal for most outdoor activities.
