Our latest innovative pump is the biggest leap forward in progressing cavity (PC) pump design.  The Mono™ EZstrip pump has been specifically designed to provide a quick and easy way to disassemble, de-rag and maintain a PC pump in-situ, eliminating the costly maintenance and downtime that servicing can often cause.

The average time to completely strip down a pump and replace the drive train elements is one full day; our Mono™ EZstrip pump reduces this to just a 30 minute job.

In addition to providing replacement parts for our own products it is our mission to use our manufacturing and engineering expertise to expand our product offering to include a range of high quality Universal Parts, suitable for many other brands of progressing cavity (PC) pumps. Our Universal Parts have the same warranties and guarantees as parts for Mono™ equipment.* With an established customer base across Europe, comprehensive stocks and quick delivery, the range includes rotors, stators, coupling rods, shafts, pins/bushes, seals and drive train assemblies.

We offer a range of twin shaft, slow speed, high torque grinders, well proven to effectively macerate raw sewage, sewage screenings, sludges and various solids in industrial process flows, with thousands of installations throughout the world. They are  fitted with a series of interleaving cutters and spacers to provide positive solids grinding of all sewage flows. The differential speeds of the cutter stacks crush, crop and shear solids, allowing the macerated flow to pass through the cutter stacks for easy transfer to the next stage in the treatment process. The slow speed of the cutter shafts creates low cutter tip speeds and this dramatically reduces impact damage, wear rates and noise levels compared to high speed macerators.

The Grifter packaged pump station, and Munchpump can be supplied as duty and standby packages, complete with all necessary pipework and control equipment, pre-assembled in a GRP kiosk and suitable for the transfer of raw sewage from remote locations, golf clubs, caravan parks, leisure facilities, construction sites or small treatment plants.
