The HAVmeter works on a swipe card system where each employee/user swipes out the meter from the base station/charger at the start of their working day, then uses the meter on each tool they use.  The meter is transferrable from tool to tool. Therefore the meter monitors the employee/users vibration level usage throughout the day ensuring there is no over exposure to vibration.The HAVmeter system can also produce excellent management data that allows you to analyse usage on all of your equipment by tool and employee. It can also be used by your service department to analyse how many hours each machine has been used to enable them to service the tools in a more cost efficient way.  It can also be used to control asset management.
