History

Real-Time Consultants Ltd (RTC) was established in 1980 as a niche recruitment company specialising in real-time embedded software development and IT, in the sectors of air traffic, defence, aerospace, rail, automotive andnuclear. Our proven ability to supply niche skills in these sectors led to RTC being awarded contracts to supply cutting edge technology programmes in thepublic sector. These relationships continue today, and since 2000 we have been an accredited supplier of scarce SC and DV professionals to MoD and Government agencies. 

In 2012 the company was acquired by Resource Group Ltd, an engineering, recruitment and training company for the aerospace, aviation and defence industries. The existing consultants at Resource Group have become part of the RTC brand and the move will further enhance the opportunities for clients and candidates in a wider range of sectors.
