- If interest shown, firm quotation submitted after full technical discussion with supplier
- Customer places order
- Quality checks at completion of samples
- Quality verification at the Sankti head office in the United Kingdom
- Samples submitted to customer with all relevant paperwork
- Any final issues resolved with customer including supply agreement
- Any final issues resolved with supplier including supply and packaging agreement
- Supplier commences production
- If required, samples provided from production parts
- Parts manufactured to agreed specification and quality plan
- Final quality checks at the manufacturer before dispatch of finished goods
