Asbestos Services

Asbestos services are available for those who need a positive identification and assessment of asbestos and the subsequent safe removal, clearance and disposal. Types of asbestos services vary and can include material assessment, management plan and asbestos register (which is required by Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012). Previously, asbestos surveys were also offered services (including type 1, type 2 and type 3) but these have now been replaced with an asbestos management survey, refurbishment survey and a demolition survey (since the publication of HSE’s guidance notes). Asbestos services are used by a wide range of organisations on a range of different buildings including industrial, government, commercial and domestic.
