IT support is available in a manner of ways – you can take your computer into store, call a help desk, chat with someone online, or have someone come to your premises and assesses the issue. IT support can be offered as part of the package when you buy new IT equipment, like a laptop. It is also a service offered to many companies to ensure their IT systems run smoothly without any glitches.
