Specialized Welding specialise in the manufacture of new aluminium and stainless steel fuel tanks for vehicles application. These can be built to the customer's own specification if required. Fitment of Hydraulic tipping equipment, catwalks, Chequer plate, and chassis repairs are just a few of the jobs undertaken in our workshop.

Experience over the years has allowed us to acquire a great deal of knowledge in the field of aluminium alloy and stainless steel for fuel tanks and fabrication. Through this experience we can now offer a full range of tanks designed to give many years of trouble free service. We will give you advice on specification to suit your individual requirements. We undertake a full specialised body repair service.

Specialized Welding and Specialized cutting is part or the Specialized Group and the cutting division is a one stop Laser cutting shop offering a complete Laser Cutting, Waterjet cutting and fabrication service that also includes; welding, forming, rolling, and reverse engineering. Specialising in Laser Cutting and Waterjet Cutting, we are a full service shop from concept to reality. We can work with sketches to CAD drawings and offer quick turn around with short lead times. Founded in 2000 as a metal fabrication manufacturer, we grew from one press brake and guillotine a Bystronic Waterjet with a 4mt x 2mt bed, Two LVD Lasers 4kw and 3kw, rollers and a vast knowledge in the cutting and fabrication engineering.

Specialized has always had a philosophy to try and keep everything under one roof to maintain quality and accountability. In 2009 we are purchasing our newest laser cutting machine just for rapid prototyping. This has tube cutting facility and a 4mt x 2.5mt bed with a 4.4kw capacity. This capacity has helped complement our complete service with welding, fabricating, bending, powder coating, plating and reverse engineering to make sure we are always on the cutting edge of technology to be the most competitive we can with our customers needs.

Certainly whilst flat laser cutting is more established we believe that with waterjet cutting there are still many more productivity gains that are not currently being exploited.

Our wealth of in house technical knowledge means that we have more expertise than some in being able to advise clients on the enormous possibilities available by using the accuracy and flexibility of laser processing.
