We utilise new 3D printing technologies as well as traditional methods to best serve our customers manufacturing needs, drawing on our experience gathered in the fast paced world of Formula 1 racing.

One off prototypes

We have built up a network of specialists that support our abilities to deliver competitvely priced high quality parts made with a range of manufacturing processes. 3D printing is our core offering and we use this extensively for customers wanting a one of prototype/ or end use part.

This allows us to refresh our range and move with this fast paced technology. Supplying the solution that is best suited to your needs, regardless of what process or machinery is required.

Lower Volume Batches/ Series Production

Available through are partners we can offer injection moulding, CNC where part quantities, sizes and materials make it a better proposition than 3d printing.

For complex geometries that can only be built with 3d printing we can provide near producton quality with a range of high quality and dynamic materials where needed.

Functional 3D printed parts

We can offer a full range of engineering materials suited to a variety of applications.
In the rare case we cannot match up a viable 3d printed solution or your material requirements are more advanced and niche we will endeavour to find an alternative manufacturing method to give you the material properties you need,

Economy small batch manufacturing

Our manufacturing partners support us with the products and services we need to assist our core customers. For our prodcut development customers, looking to try a smaller batch into their market we can provide this at exceptionally low prices for 500-2000 parts.

We have a variety of rapid/economy tooling services available targeting runs of no more than a few thousand cycles and this helps validate our customers choices ahead of more expensive investments in full production tooling.
