ACE Lifts’ modernisation programme includes the replacement of old, or obsolete components with  new parts including features that were unavailable when the lift was first installed. This will help the upgraded system comply with new regulations, allow a more efficient and more economical system and a more reliable service for your customers.

We manufacture our own high quality control systems and other lift components, meaning that we can offer an extremely quick turnaround from order to fitting: in some cases, lift refurbishments including controller change can be carried out just a week from order! This also gives us the advantage of being able to offer bespoke solutions that can fit any type and any age of lift.

Unlike most of our competitors, ACE Lifts manufacture lift control components in-house including controllers, encoders, autodiallers and car top controls meaning that our clients benefit from reduced lead times, meaning equipment has less down time, and reduced costs because there are no suppliers to manage and no additional overheads to add. All ACE Lifts components are open protocol and of a high standard.

Remote Monitoring

ACE Lifts Ltd have designed a remote monitoring system that will operate on any lift system – whatever the make. It therefore offers both the independent lift company and building managers, advanced remote features at an affordable cost, whilst using existing lines. So not only can the lift passenger always be able to contact the “outside world” in the event of an emergency, but the lift can be monitored for faults 24/7 365 days a year providing potential benefits and cost savings.

ACE Lifts is a lift company that was established in 1988 by Charles Salter as Artisan Control Equipment Ltd. For many years we supplied lift control systems to various lift companies across the UK. During this time we developed our expertise and produced a number of innovative solutions for the lift industry. Increasingly, Artisan was asked to providelift installations, lift maintenance, servicing and repair services and by 2005 this was such a strong part of our business that we renamed our lift company to “ACE Lifts Ltd”.

ACE Lifts Ltd offer a range of goods and passenger lift installations, both hydraulic and traction, to suit any buildings requirements. We have provided elevator installations in workplaces, factories, care homes, offices and retail stores to name just a few. We install all types of lifts including goods only, passenger, platform lifts and car lifts.

Maximum safety is of the utmost importance to us and all our lift installations are guaranteed and European Regulations are complied with. All our lift installations are of high quality and are open protocol. Any lift installed by ACE Lifts comes with a year’s warranty plus the first years maintenance is FREE.

ACE Lifts also offer a machine room-less (MRL) electric passenger lift. The design guarantees the best energy efficiency and enhances the lift’s comfort and safety. Space is optimised as the lift does not require a machine room, no sound pollution is created and no oil is required. This lift has a long life cycle and repairs are virtually unnecessary.

All lifts installed by ACE Lifts can be fitted with our state of the art remote monitoring system, the i-COM. This allows the customer to know exactly how their lift is performing with information such as energy usage, lift usage and breakdowns being monitored. It allows the engineer to begin fault finding before attending site and helps to plan condition based maintenance.
