At ACORN PRECISION MACHINING LTD can supply an extensive range of machined components suitable for a wide range of industries. At present, our products are used in a range of finished items which includes pumps, shock absorbers, flight simulators and submarines amongst others things.
The services that we currently offer include; CNC milling on Vertical machining centres, CNC turning on automatic lathes which include a MAZAK SQT10MS which offers bar feeding and live tooling on diameters up to 42mm and billet sizes up to 150mm.
A recent addition to our plant is a STAR SR20R sliding head automatic lathe which offers turning capacity up to 20mm diameter again with live tooling and the added flexibility of being able to produce long components up to 200mm in length.
