    AFI Series 10 gravimetric filling machine
    The AFI Series 10 gravimetric filling machine incorporates a weighcell or balance to control the fill weight, eliminating inaccuracies caused by products of inconsistent density. Two-speed filling with high speed bulk and slow speed top-up or multi-stage filling provide even greater accuracy.

    AFI Series 10 VFFS filling head
    The AFI Series 10 VFFS filling head provides the perfect configuration for mounting on automatic baggers. The long auger/funnel avoids dust contamination of the bag sealing area. The sleeved mount permits rotation of the head for ease of tooling/hopper removal, with the choice of servomotor, flux vector and clutch/brake to suit the application.

    The AFI Series 10 volumetric filling machine features a choice of auger drive methods; flux vector inverter, heavy-duty clutch/brake, and servo for even greater control and accuracy. In freestanding semi-automatic form it offers a versatile and low cost filling solution. Mounted over an existing line or as an integral part of bagging, sachet or cartoning equipment, the head can be combined with a downstream checkweigher to minimize product giveaway.

    The AFI Series 1 Micro-Filler filling machine is designed for the precision dosing of powders and granules either by volume or by weight. When linked to a precision balance, the servo-controlled unit can achieve accuracies to within 1 and 2mg. The Micro-Fill filling machine unit can be supplied free-standing for use on-bench or with knee-hole table incorporating electrical controls for laboratory/pre-production use, or with a container handling package for full-scale production. Multi-head filling machine configurations are also available where close auger centres are required.

Tooling (auger, funnel, agitation blade) is designed to suit the powders to be filled, the output and accuracy levels required.

    The Series 100, 200 & 400 filling machines offer fully automatic filling with no-tools changeover for different containers and powders. Container changes are accommodated simply and quickly by adjustment of the conveyor guide rails, indexing stop cylinders and head height. The filling head features tool-free removal of auger and hopper. Neck-entry filling minimises dust, whilst bottom-up filling prevents aeration and permits compaction where necessary to fit the full fill weight into the container. All-Fill's unique conveyor chain, stainless steel or plastic as appropriate, provides a recess-free wipe-clean stainless steel surface and affords access to the underside of the container for lifting. Neck locators can be utilised for centralising narrow neck bottles, and vibration for settling granular products.

    Series CMR continuous motion rotary filling machines
    The Series CMR continuous motion rotary filling machines offer high speed, high accuracy filling for a wide variety of powders and granules. With the powder path fully sealed from the bulk feed through to the container, machine environment and containers are kept virtually dust-free. All powder contact parts are recess-free for easy cleaning and can be removed and re-assembled speedily without the use of tools. The size of the filling machine turret, number of transfer funnels and filling heads are dependent upon the production output required, size of container neck opening and powder flow characteristics. A choice of filling machine technologies and designs with segmented funnel sections, container jogging and air-pulse transfer are available.
