Industry leaders Analog Devices and Schneider Electric will take center stage at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024 with a keynote presentation titled "Cloud and Intelligent Edge: Shaping the Future of 4IR." This event, scheduled for Tuesday, February 27, from 14:45 to 15:45 in Hall 6, MWC Stage A, will explore the path to Industry 4.0 and beyond, with a strong emphasis on sustainability. Presenters Martin Cotter, President of EMEA at Analog Devices, and Aurelien Le Sant, CTO of Industrial Automation at Schneider Electric, will discuss essential elements such as ultra-reliable connectivity, flexible synchronous control, and real-time edge sensing. The aim is to drive efficiency improvements and reduce carbon footprints in future factories.

On Wednesday, February 28, attention will shift to the evolution of Industrial 5G in the keynote "The Dawn of Industrial 5G – From Theory to Practice," presented by Analog Devices and 5G-ACIA. Dr. Andreas Mueller of Bosch will provide insights into the past, present, and future of Industrial 5G in Hall 8, Theatre 2, from 10:00 to 10:35 AM. The discussion will cover the standardization of key features in 3GPP, challenges hindering adoption, and the transition from 5G to 6G. Presenters include Joe Barry, Vice President at Analog Devices, and Dr. Andreas Mueller, Project Director 6G at Robert Bosch GmbH.

Continuing the exploration of 5G, a panel discussion on "The Business of 5G: Driving 5G Monetization Opportunities" will occur on Wednesday, February 28, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM in Hall 8, Theatre 2. Presented by Analog Devices, the session features industry experts from Dell, DISH, Nokia, and more. The panel will explore monetization opportunities arising from the latest 3GPP developments, examining ways to drive revenue and streamline costs.
