Our manufacturing capabilities cover a complete range, from the smallest prototype tool, through tooling up to 10 tonnes. All facilities are supported by a full range of inspection equipment and rigorous quality control system, designed to identify potential problems and ensure the quality of each finished tool.

The Jordan's quality philosophy requires stringent predelivery checks to ensure that all the customer's requirements are met whilst our highly skilled technicians attend all tool trialling to undertake fine tuning or modification as required.

To ensure continual tooling performance we offer a responsive preventative maintenance and breakdown repair facility.

The Jordan's partnership philosophy encourages close involvement of our in-house design team at the concept and feasibility stage of component design. This enables our enthusiastic and highly skilled designers to provide valuable input to maximise the tool's quality and its subsequent moulding performance. We have an extensive range of the very latest CAD technology with full 3D design and surface modelling capability.

Our substantial CNC manufacturing facility is connected via a LAN link, enabling automatic transfer of data and promoting simultaneous engineering. Tool surface machining data and cutter path generation can also be created through the scanning of styling models. State of the art EDM technology helps us to achieve the intricate styling requirements of modern tooling.
