ACE Soloutions Training is an industrial training provider and was set up in order to give a training provision to the Industry and to specialise in LGV driver training. We have in-house or on customer site examinations and direct certification for Fork Lift Truck handling, manual handling and on going programmes for Warehousing and Certificate Of Professional Competence. Over the years we have been very successful thanks to our valued clientèle.

We have developed our training skills and now include Airport Security, NVQ Assessment, Manual Handling and preparation of reports and action plans for clients in matters concerning Area Traffic Commissioner Inquiries into operator’s license investigations.Our systems are regularly monitored in order to maintain standards and consistency.

All employed staff not only have many years of occupational competence in the field but also hold appropriate qualifications. Those involved in assessments all hold TDLB D32 D33 and D34 as a minimum. We are members of the Road Haulage Association (RHA). The day-to-day management of training programmes is the responsibility of Mr George Farndale.

ACE offer a number of inspections specifically designed for commercial vehicle operators. We have introduced PMI (Pre-Maintenance Inspection) to complement the maintenance schedule in place and provide an independent check that the service the vehicle is receiving is adequate. We provide garage and vehicle auditing, confirming the servicing agent has the expertise and equipment to maintain the vehicles entrusted to them and that fleets are receiving the correct daily checks.

Laboratory Testing At ACE

We have always worked closely with the laboratories we use. Often the information provided needs to have an engineering element added as in isolation the information is not necessarily complete.  This added to one of our comprehensive reports provides a further dimension, adding to the reports strength.  We use several different specialist laboratories to complete these reports.  Fire and headspace analysis can add valuable information as to the cause’s of fire damage and the accelerant propagating the fire damage. 

Oil and fuel analysis and filter testing are used on an every day basis to provide further assistance into fuel or oil related issues and this is now aided by the use of filter testing.  Tyre analysis can provide detailed reasoning for tyre failures in service. We also utilise metallurgy with regards to the fractures in a material that need a more extensive detail finding.  We have also had environmental tests done and stability checks using the latest technology. Our ultimate aim is to provide a very comprehensive report on a particular defect or issue.
