1. AFS, Adaptive Front-lighting System

Adaptive Front-lighting System (AFS) is an intelligent headlamp adjusting system. AFS can swivel and level the headlamp beam pattern based on sensor signal inputs including steering angle, vehicle speed, chassis height, etc. As a result, the vehicle can achieve optimal road illumination effects.

2. PEPS, passive entry and passive start system

The passive entry and passive start system provides easier and safer access to the vehicle. The traditional mechanical and wireless keys are replaced by the “passive key (or smart key)”, which allows the driver to unlock the car without touching the key, and start/stop the engine by pushing the ignition button.

3. BCM, body control module

More advanced electrical applications, such as adjustable front light system, power mirrors and seats, and immobilizer controller have been widely used to improve driving security and comfort.

With years of experience in body electric control system and network/BUS development, HiRain has been able to provide high quality and customized body controller (BCM) products for the market. We provide products to both passenger and commercial vehicle OEMs, such as FDM¿LiFan Motor, China Auto, Loncin, and FAW. Our products have also been verified by a number of international automotive test standards.

4. OHC, Over Head Console

OHC (Over Head Console), i.e. the over head control system, mainly control the car interior light and the sunroof. Our customers include Ford, Jaguar, and Landrover.
