Belleville Springs Ltd
Belleville washers are an economical option from the original Belleville springs pressed from steel strip with no load or dimensional tolerances, usually finished in phosphate and oiled.
Belleville washers are a less precise form of conical disc springs but best for static applications where some setting and or loss of force can be tolerated.
Stainless steel disc springs are manufactured to works tolerances from a variety of stainless steels such as X12CrNi 17 7 (DIN 1.4310) and X7CrNiAl 17 7 (DIN 1.4568).
Disc springs can be manufactured from other stainless steels types or contact us if you have any applications requiring the use of even more challenging of exotic materials.
Usually made from carbon steel in self finish, they can also be produced in a range of corrosion resistant and temperature resistant materials.
