Beresfords Residential

Beresfords are Essex’s largest family-owned independent estate agency and have been successfully
operating for 50 years. Established in 1968 by RD and EG Beresford as an independent practice in
Upminster. Our current Chairman and Managing Director Paul Beresfords joined the original office in
1975, maintaining the same key values his parents instilled at its creation.
