Bluemay Weston Ltd.

Bluemay Weston is the specialist manufacturer of non-metallic punched and pressed parts, including washers, shims, gaskets, bottle cap liners and precision water jet cut parts.

From short runs for development work and prototyping, through to high volume multi-impression auto production, Bluemay Weston has the right people and the right equipment to ‘get the job done’ speedily and in the most cost-effective way.

With plant ranging from small pneumatic presses through to our high velocity induction press, our water jet cutting machine and on to our fastest auto capable of operating at up to 800 strokes per minute, we are able to ensure that, not only is the appropriate machine on hand to suit every cutting requirement, but that capacity is always available should a ‘needed yesterday’ job arise.

Weston Manufacturing Co. started in Birmingham in the late 1960s and relocated to South Molton in North Devon shortly after. In September 1988 the business became part of the Bluemay Group and was immediately renamed Bluemay Weston.

Since 1988 a policy of continuous investment in staff and equipment has seen increasing expertise, capability and turnover. Today, Bluemay Weston Limited is a business with a large and growing list of active customers, and in September 2008 construction work finished on a purpose-built factory on the outskirts of South Molton, a resounding vote of confidence in the local workforce.

The heart of Bluemay Weston is the team. People committed to providing customers with exceptional service. We promise that, from your initial enquiry through to delivery of your consignment, each member of the team will be working with your interests in mind. Bluemay Weston’s aim is to offer our customers an unrivalled service.
