Formed in 2010 by David Jacob and Kyle Stoneham in a garage in Thorpe Bay, put simply Brand Identity is Embroidered Workwear & T-Shirt Printing made easy for you.

There was a definate gap in the Southend-on-Sea area for a company offering Fast turnaround, Clear pricing and Helpful Service - sticking to these 3 basic points combined with second to none production quality have ensured that Brand Identity has filled this local gap and built up a wealth of satisfied customers all across the UK and Europe.

From the very start David and Kyle have been committed to re-investing the profits back into the business in order to improve machinery, communications, web presence and customer service.

The move to larger premises in 2014 has allowed for fantastic staff to be taken on and trained, along with an increase in the range of production machinery and a display showroom for customers to view and discuss products before buying, you can be sure that using Brand Identity is as enjoyable an experience as ever.

Now in 2016 the Essex based factory produces up to 1000 embroideries & almost 2000 prints per day! To cope with so many bulk orders at the same time an electronic production scheduler was developed to ensure things run smoothly
