Bridger and Buss

Bridger and Buss Bespoke is the new name for the well respected Architectural Joinery Company Tech 42 Ltd.

Bridger & Buss Bespoke combines the high quality furniture design and cabinet making skills with the ability to produce high quality joinery installations.

Over the years we have taken on some large projects applying our design skill and knowledge to produce highly crafted and beautifully made timber backdrops to glass elevators, giant mirrors with large dovetails, a large one plank door and large single slab waney edge tables.

Our team is made up of Furniture designers, cabinet makers, joiners, boat builders and engineers.
David Buss founder of the company trained at the prestigious Parnham College who's director John Makepeace gave David not only the opportunity to study there but also to teach at the college and be involved in the development of buildings at Hooke Park.

David went on to found the company Inner Space in Petersfield, before returning to Devon to start a new workshop on the Devon Somerset border, on the edge of the Blackdown hills near Uffculme.

Alex Brown senior maker and IT specialist, did a degree in design engineering at Coventry University, after a period of traveling the snow slopes of the world, he completed a one year boatbuilding course at Lime Regis, building a beautiful Fife like gentleman's day sailor.

Alex came to work for Bridger & Buss soon after his training and is an invaluable member of the team.

We can install furniture any where in the United Kingdom and have worked as far a field as Palma Majorca.

We pride ourselves with the quality of joinery we produce from the quality of the timber we select the design of the doors and windows down the quality of the fittings and handles we recommend for your job.

Craftsmanship is at the heart of Bridger & Buss and we will go the extra mile to ensure a high quality project and a satisfied customer.

Sustainability has always been a core concern of ours. We try and source our timber locally or from northern European countries. We try to avoid tropical hardwoods, our workshop is heated by the waste chips and offcuts that we produce, reducing our waste to landfill to almost zero.

Our furniture has a lasting value that will be passed on to future generations.
