Silicone Gaskets
Butser Rubber Ltd are leading manufacturers and suppliers of silicone gaskets to all industries. UK manufacturing facility offer low delivery costs and rapid lead times. Large investment in gasket cutting and stamping machinery as well as injection moulding machinery provide a good foundation for very competitive silicone gasket prices compared to both domestic and oversea suppliers and manufacturers. Butser Rubber: Cut, Stamped and Injection mould silicone gaskets in a wide range of silicone materials including: - High Tear Silicones (In a range of Shore Hardness). - Fluorosilicones (Including: AMS Grades and Def Stan Grades). - Metal loaded silicones (For Anti-static). - Silicone Sponges (In a range of densities and thicknesses from 1.5mm to 20mm). (Including Rogers Bisco range and SE515, SE524) - Fabricated silicone cords and tubes. - Commercial grades of Silicone sheeting (From 1mm to 10mm) - Hardness Ranges from 10 IRHD to 85 IRHD - Special Silicone Gaskets in Materials such as DTD5531 Fast deliver on silicone gasket prototypes. The use of Multi-Cavity tooling and automatic machines allow of very competitive gaskets and short lead times. Compression and Injection moulding processes allow for manufacturing of 'O' Section silicone seals and 'Silicone Triple Track Gaskets' to drawing.
