We provide top quality commercial dishwashers from Cater-Wash, Electrolux Professional, Hobart, Hobart Bar Aid & Hobart Ecomax.
Since 1970, our machines have been built using only the most reliable mechanical components available, with no need for printed circuit boards. Manufactured from high grade AISI 304 and featuring double skinned doors to lower the noise and retain heat. All commercial dishwashers are fitted with a breaktank which provides a fully KIWA approved air gap.
Additionally, primary and secondary filtration systems mean longer lasting water quality and improved performance.

CP.GS.FCS.AJ1 Adjustable Fan Current Moniter
Adjustable fan current monitor. The switch point is adjustable via a multi turn point. The device is powered by induction from the monitored AC conductor which passes through the hole/core. They sense the current flow & can therefore monitor the operation failure of fans, pumps, motors, etc. The normally open triac switch closes when the current flow exceeds the set point. Merlin CT2000GD Ventilation Interlock System
The Merlin 2000GD is for kitchens that don't have flame failure devices on the gas appliances, therefore gas proving is required to meet BS 6173:2001.
